I have decide since I have finished this series to begin doing my reviews for the Hunger Games series starting with the first book. So the next three book reviews will be only devoted to these series. I am very excited to be reviewing such amazing books!

My Thoughts: (I gave this book 5 Stars)

Okay, let me first say that I had a lot of my friends telling me to read this series, and I was on the fence about it because I have only read one other dystopia novel and I liked it but just not the kind of books I am used to reading. I decided to give it a go and start reading The Hunger Games the first book in the series and let me tell you I am very happy I did. This book is like no other book I have read in a long time it takes you into a whole where you feel you are right with Peeta and Katniss. In the start of the book you learn that there everyone lives in a society where you are told what to do and how to do it. Each year the capitol has what is called the Hunger Games where children from each district are chosen to come and fight to the death on live TV. This is all for the capitols and others amusement. Katniss and Peeta both from the same district are the main characters in this story let me tell you they send you for a ride of emotions throughout the hunger games. I feel in love with there friendship, and trying to save each other in the games. I found myself never wanting to leave the book for it I did I would wonder who would die next in the games. I cried and laughed in this book. Nearing the end I hated to see the end of the book because I wanted to know what would happen next. Suzanne Collins does a beyond amazing job at writing this book.  The Hunger Games was beautiful writen with style, grace, and devotion. I strongly recommend this book to young reader and older.  The hunger Games will surely leave you hunger for her next book "Catching Fire".
