Blog Tour: The Grey Wolves Series by Quinn Loftis [This or That Interview]

Hello my wonderful readers! Welcome to The Grey Wolves Series blog tour! I am super happy that I could be a part of this amazing tour to help promote author Quinn Loftis, The Grey Wolves Series. I myself own her books and SO look forward to reading them. So today I am going to share with you all more info about the books and I have had the privileged of doing a This or That interview with the author. I hope each of you enjoy this post and will learn a little more about this series.

Prince of Wolves (Book #1)
By Quinn Loftis

Jaque Pierce was just an ordinary 17 year old girl getting ready to start her senior year in high school in Coldspring, Texas. When a mysterious foreign exchange student from Romania moves in across the street, Jacque and her two best friends, Sally and Jen, don't realize the last two weeks of their summer was going to get a lot more interesting. From the moment Jacque sets eyes on Fane she feels an instant connection, a pull like a moth to a flame. Little does she know that the flame she is drawn to is actually a Canis Lupus, werewolf, and she just happens to be his mate; the other half of his soul. The problem is Fane is not the only wolf in Coldspring, Texas. Just as Fane and Jacque are getting to know each other, another wolf steps out to try and claim Jacque as his mate. Fane will now have to fight for the right to complete the mating bond, something that is his right by birth but is being denied him by a crazed Alpha. Will the love Fane has for Jacque be enough to give him the strength to defeat his enemy, will Jacque accept that she is Fane's mate and complete the bond between them?

Blood Rites (Book #2)
By Quinn Loftis

With the challenge complete and the corrupt Alpha of Coldspring defeated Fane is now free to complete the mate bond with Jacque and perform the Blood Rites. Although the challenge is done, the affects are far reaching. Once it is known that Vasile, one of the strongest Alphas in the world is in America, specifically Coldspring, TX, there is one Alpha who cannot over look the significance of this. An Alpha who happens to share Jacque's DNA, but is this the one she needs to fear?
With her mom driving and her two best friends, Jen and Sally in tow, Jacque sets off for her happily ever after. She will soon realize a plan has been put in motion that will change her course and possibly tear her from Fane's grasp forever. It will take a wolf pack, her mother's love, her two best friend's unrelenting determination, her own will to survive and the undying love of her mate to bring her home. The question remains, if she fights, if she endures, who will she be, what will be left once she is back in her mates arms?

Just One Drop (Book #3)
By Quinn Loftis

Jennifer Adams, best friend to Jacque Pierce and Sally Morgan, spicy, out spoken, a little crazy and human...or so she thought. Jen has just found out that human DNA is not the only thing that resides in her veins, she happens to share that little pesky werewolf gene, although it isn't more than just a drop. Now that she and her friends are living in Romania with Fane's pack, she is also oh so conveniently stuck with the object of her affection, the fur ball Decebel.
Drawn to each other by something they don't understand Jen finds herself frustrated by the lack of mating signs between her and said fur ball. Not only is she dealing with that not so un-frustrating problem, she now has been informed that because of that little drop of werewolf blood in her she is now required to attended a multi-pack gathering for un-mated wolves. This type of gathering hasn't taken place in over a century but with a shortage of females among the werewolf population the males are getting worried they won't ever find their true mates.

Meanwhile Decebel struggles with the emotions he is feeling towards Jen. He tries to keep his distance but there is just something about the mouthy blonde that keeps him coming back for more of her verbal abuse that he just can't seem to get enough of...go figure.

So tell me Quinn...

Pen or keyboard?

Keyboard when writing, pen when jotting down quick ideas.

Win one Million dollars or win a never ending supply of chocolate?

One million, then I could invest it and make more money and buy all the chocolate I want ;0

E-book or Print?

Depends on my mood. Sometimes it's nice to just old a good old fashioned paperback book.

Writing from home or someplace else?

I get more done when I'm at the library, but their chairs aren't as comfy as my new recliner, it's a
catch 22.

Cookies or Cake?

A cookie cake…lol didn't see that one coming did ya ;)

 One voice or alternating POVs?

Alternating, I love to know what's going on in everyone's heads.

Dating a Vampire or dating a werewolf?

Were-wolf

Female lead character or Male lead character?

Female and Male

Hot Pink or Black?

Black

Write during the night or write during the day?

Either, I write when the words hit my brain. But I'm a night owl so that is usually when I do all
my corresponding.

Buy online or buy in a bookstore?

I love bookstores, they are one of my favorite places to go, but it's so great to be able to buy a
book anywhere in the world just by the touch of some buttons on your phone or e-reader.

Talking on the phone or Texting?

Texting, hate talking on the phone

Stand alone or series?

Series

Watching a horror movie or reading a scary novel?

Scary novel is even scarier to me than a movie because our imaginations are capable of creating
the most horrifying scenerios.

Bout of Books 3.0: Day Two - Book to Movie Challenge

My Updates for the Bout of Books Read-a-Thon can be found here

Today's Challenge is hosted by Poison of Picked. The challenge is to pick a paranormal book you like and turn it into a movie by picking the actors/actresses that would play the main characters.

So I chose the book - Nightshade by Andrea Cremer.
I so adore this book when I read it early last year and I know I need to read wolfsbane asap!

Calla Tor has always known her destiny: After graduating from the Mountain School, she'll be the mate of sexy alpha wolf Ren Laroche and fight with him, side by side, ruling their pack and guarding sacred sites for the Keepers. But when she violates her masters' laws by saving a beautiful human boy out for a hike, Calla begins to question her fate, her existence, and the very essence of the world she has known. By following her heart, she might lose everything- including her own life. Is forbidden love worth the ultimate sacrifice?
Calla Tor as Emily Browning
 Ren Laroche as Shane West

 Shay Doran as Shia LaBeouf

Well those are my picks. This was a fun challenge but kind of hard. :)
I will be updating my main Bout of Book post with the next couple hours.

Follow Friday: #12

Happy Friday!  ^__^

Follow Friday hosted by Parajunkee & alisoncanread

Featured Blogger is Ce-Ce`s Garden of Reviews

This weeks question is:

Q:  If you had to spend eternity inside the pages of a book which book would you choose and why?

My Answer: Well I have two and of course my obvious answer would be my fave book series ever - The Iron Fey books. I adore the world that Julia Kagawa creates in her books. It would be so amazing to know all of the character's in the series. (esp. Prince Ash. ^__^)

The other would be in the pages of the book series "Hex Hall". I think it would be super cool to be in Shopie's world, and meet and know so many different fantasy creatures. Yes, this in one of my other favorite book series.

WWW Wednesdays (#3)

WWW Wednesdays is hosted by MizB @ Should Be Reading.

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

My answers:

What are you currently reading?
I am reading Fateful.  Although I am not to far into the book I really am enjoying it so far. I love the whole concept of werewolf's being on the Titanic.

What did you recently finish reading?
This is the second book in the Heist Society series. As I so enjoyed the first one, the second one was no let down. Such a fun and entertaining series.

What do you think you’ll read next?
I hope to read Matched next. I will be getting
the book from the library soon. I heard mixed review on the book so I hope it was as good as Matched.

If anyone would like please leave a comment with the link to your own WWW Wednesdays post so I can check it out.

Teaser Tuesday: #13 // Fateful

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading
Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

The Rules:
•Grab your current read
•Open to a random page
•Share two (2) or so “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
•BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
•Share the title &  author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers.

This week's teaser comes from Fateful written by Claudia Gray

Then I feel the key pressed against my sweaty palm, hard against the box, and curse myself for a fool. I hurry inside the cabin and lock the door behind me, safe--for now.

(From the POV of Tess - Page 29)

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesday post, or share your two 'teasers' in a comment here (if you don't have a blog). Thanks!
